Policy Your PPC Activity Data and Account Information Data that is gathered from your pay per click activity is treated as confidential and protected by a username/password. This information is never shared with third parties except to comply with official law enforcement investigations. VeriClix may email you from time to time with news concerning the services VeriClix offers and special partner announcements. You will have the option of opting out of partner announcements by emailing optout@vericlix.com with a request to be removed from future partner mailings. VeriClix has limited access to your PPC activity data. VeriClix will access this data only when to: (1) provide technical assistance; (2) enforce our requirements as outlined in our FAQ; or (3) assert and guard the rights/property of VeriClix. Your Financial Information VeriClix is a free service to users, sponsored by relevant advertisers. No financial data is ever collected. Use of Cookies VeriClix may use cookies to customize your visit while on one of the VeriClix sites, however no identifiable personal information is stored. You may feel free to disable cookies. In the future this could limit the functionality of the VeriClix sites. VeriClix uses cookies to track PPC visitors who are clicking on your ads and arrive at a landing page that is contains the VeriClix tracking code. Only the IP address used at the time is stored in the local cookie file on the visitor's computer. VeriClix never makes an attempt to capture email addresses, mailing addresses, names, ages or phone numbers from PPC visitors using sites that use the VeriClix service. VeriClix does capture IP address, user agent (browser) information, keywords used in searches and the ad clicked to visit a VeriClix user's site. This information is limited to the account holder who is an official representative of the site being tracked.
